My school is putting on a musical, Beauty and the Beast, and I’m part of the orchestra crew. First, let me just say that the show is awesome, the music is awesome, and the story is pretty dang awesome. Gonna have to to admit that I just love it, though the rehearsals are HARSH.

ANYWAYS, I was playing one of the songs and I just started thinking about love. Love has no boundaries. Love is infinite. Love is surprising. A beautiful girl, though not at first, falls in love with a horrid monster. She sees through the physical appearance and looks directly at the heart. Wish we could all, especially including me, do that. Yah Yah, it’s a fairy tale but are the themes of the story really that far-fetched? I don’t think so. Finally, and maybe most importantly, love is dangerous. It will make one do some crazy things. Now, they may be crazy but sometimes they’re absolutely necessary IF AND ONLY IF they are done for the right person, like how the Beast must give up Belle to keep her happy, while endangering his own and many other’s lives. Just wanted to say be careful for many, especially people who are searching for love and not letting God do the work. Oh well, just one more thing to work on in my life eh?
